Shared Measurement Framework
Led the development of a centralized framework comprising 150+ outcomes and 1,300+ indicators to support performance measurement across 145 programs and services within the City’s Social Development division. Delivered a suite of companion capacity-building resources. Pilot the tools through applied monitoring and evaluation in three key areas:
Community Space Tenancy Program—logic model, monitoring tool, evaluation
Community Network and Community Network Ambassador Program (Toronto Strong Neighbourhoods Strategy)—logic model and evaluation

Advancing Intersectoral Action on Harm Reduction and Anti-Racism in Supportive Housing
Developed practical toolkits and guides to help supportive housing providers strengthen harm reduction policies, build harm reduction partnerships, and advance anti-racism and anti-oppressive practices. Engaged housing providers, health and harm reduction organizations, social service agencies, people who use drugs, and racialized communities to inform and promote equity-focused, intersectoral approaches.

Design and implement a survey study to assess how the Toronto Pearson airport is perceived by elected officials and key influencers at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels, supporting government and stakeholder relations.

Strategic Plan KPIs
Facilitated a collaborative process to identify and refine key performance indicators aligned with the Office of the Registrar’s five strategic priorities. Developed a comprehensive KPI framework to monitor performance and demonstrate impact across student services and academic operations.
